JLR Pathfinder v374  – diagnostics and programming for Jaguar Land Rover 2017–2023

 

Jaguar Land Rover Pathfinder v374 software package in online version, designed for professional diagnostics, programming and configuration of JLR vehicles on the DoIP platform (roughly from model year 2017 to 2023, depending on the model). It is an ideal solution for workshops, automotive electricians and specialists working daily with Jaguar and Land Rover.

Pathfinder v374 is one of the last stable versions that allows full offline programming when used in a properly prepared environment, without the need for regular TOPIx login. This programme is installed exclusively by us using TeamViewer on a single computer. The programme will not expire. After six months, the programme only needs to be reactivated using a code that is individually created for a specific computer. This is our safeguard against dishonest buyers who, after purchase, try to open cases and obtain the programme for free..

Diagnostic functions

• Full system diagnostics: read and clear DTCs from all modules (ECM, TCM, BCM, ABS, EPB, SRS, HVAC, IPMA, etc.).
• Live Data view with the ability to log parameters during road tests.
• Actuator tests / service functions: control of valves, pumps, fans, air suspension, locks and other actuators.
• Freeze Frame data reading – parameters stored at the moment the fault occurred.

Programming and configuration

• ECU programming and flashing after module replacement or during software updates.
• Adaptation of new modules: component learning, initialisations and coding after replacement.
• Car Configuration File (CCF) handling – reading and writing configuration, enabling/disabling vehicle options (when used together with an external CCF editor / CCF tools).
• Service modes: service reset, EPB service mode, steering angle sensor (SAS) calibration, airbag warning reset, air suspension calibration and other maintenance procedures.

If used together with additional engineering tools (Seed/Key, engineering mode), extended functions are possible such as deeper coding, engineering access and working with VBF / similar files, depending on your tool set.

Supported vehicles (examples)

The software covers newer JLR models running on the Pathfinder / DoIP platform, for example:

• Land Rover / Range Rover (approx. 2017+):
  Range Rover L405, Range Rover Sport L494, Range Rover Velar, Range Rover Evoque (newer generation), Discovery 5 (L462), Discovery Sport L550, Defender L663.
• Jaguar (approx. 2017+):
  XE (X760), XF (X260), F‑PACE (X761), E‑PACE, I‑PACE, newer F‑TYPE models.

For older vehicles (pre‑2017) SDD is still used; Pathfinder takes over for newer platforms and architectures.

Hardware requirements

• Operating system: Windows 10 64‑bit (Pro recommended); Windows 11 can be possible depending on configuration.
• RAM: minimum 4–8 GB (8 GB recommended for workshop use).
• Storage: SSD with at least 120–256 GB free space (software + data + logs).
• CPU: Intel Core i5 or equivalent AMD for smooth operation or better.

Diagnostic interfaces

The software works with interfaces that support JLR DoIP, such as:

• Original JLR DoIP VCI.
• VXDIAG VCX SE JLR / JLR DoIP VCI and similar.

What is included

• Delivery of the JLR Pathfinder v374 online software (on google drive)
• Remote installation and configuration via TeamViewer for one computer. Half price for installation on a second computer.
• Help with first run: VCI interface configuration, connection test on the car, basic usage tips.

Typical workshop use cases

• Replacing and programming control units (ECU, ABS, BCM, etc.) with proper coding and software flashing.
• Diagnosing communication/DoIP issues, ADAS faults, and performing camera/radar calibrations (when the correct procedures and equipment are available).
• Changing vehicle configuration via CCF – enabling extra options, changing regional settings, lights configuration and more (with a CCF editor 4.6 in your toolkit).
