Delivery
We ship from the UK. Orders for EU countries are dispatched from our EU stock.
Handling time
Physical orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (business days). Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Software and other digital products are available for instant download after purchase. No shipping is needed and no delivery charge applies.
Returns and refunds
Returning a device
You can return any device (hardware) within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Please send the device back complete, with all accessories and cables, and packed securely.
The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping service, because we cannot confirm that a parcel has reached us until it arrives.
How to return a device
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the device back to the address we give you. Please do not send it back to the manufacturer.
Digital products
Digital products (software and downloads) cannot be returned or refunded, because they are available immediately after purchase. If you have a problem installing or running a download, contact us and we will help you.
Refunds
When we receive your return and have checked it, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after a reasonable time, please check with your bank or card provider first, and then contact us.
Warranty
All devices come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not apply to digital products. If your device develops a fault or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem, and we will tell you what to do next.
